Youth Empowerment is a community organisation based in Thames View & Barking Riverside, supporting young people and making a positive difference in the wider community.

Our Projects

Boys Youth Club

A safe space for young men to connect, share experiences, and develop life skills through mentoring and group activities.

Girls Youth Club

Empowering young women through creativity, leadership workshops, and building a supportive sisterhood in the community.

Girls Self Defence Classes

Building confidence and coordination while learning essential safety techniques in a supportive and active environment.

Football Sessions

Weekly kickabouts and structured training sessions focusing on teamwork, fitness, and having fun on the pitch.

Youth Leadership Programme

Advanced training for young people ready to take on community responsibilities and lead local projects.

Women Fitness/Boxing Classes

Empowering fitness sessions for women of all levels, focusing on health, well-being, and community in a comfortable space.
